Online order- how it’s handled
Once you place your order and clear payment is made, the information that you provide is instantly processed and it goes directly to the programming department. Then when your computer is programmed it, will be departed to the package and shipping department, and it will be shipped using your preferred shipping method. Finally, when you received your new computer use the prepaid label that we provided to send us your old computer, and as soon as we receive it, your Lifetime Warranty will begin.

- International buyer’s orders
Your order will be shipped with your preferred shipping method (USPS, FedEx, UPS, and DHL) it is up to you which one to use. We do not provide an international prepaid return label; in this case you will need to send us your old part and you are responsible for it. You will have two month to do so.
- Tracking and Shipping information
Your order will be ship with the preferred carrier of your choice and with your selected sipping method. Please be advised that your order might not be shipped at the same day that you place your order. Your tracking number will be e-mail to the address that you provided, if you did not provide your e-mail address you will not received a confirmation or you tracking information. If you have any questions do not hesitate in contacting us.
- Refunds and Returns
If you don’t need the computer and you want to return it, you have 30 days to do so, counting from the time that you receive it. Computers are not refundable after 30 days.
